Reflection:
This log is being used to track and develop my
strength gains for the next few months.
This artifact shows my progress towards
meeting the standard by showing that I am at
a certain level of fitness already and am continuing
to enhance it further. Maintaining a health-
enhancing level of fitness is important for physical
educators because we need to lead by example
